At Pinterest, we regularly review our terms and policies to reflect how Pinterest serves its users. We want to share some updates we're making to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other policies, effective November 12, 2026. We've made changes to our Terms of Service and policies incorporated therein to make them easier to understand and to highlight the process to follow if you have a dispute with Pinterest. We've updated our Community Guidelines, Advertising Guidelines, and Merchant Guidelines to clarify our policies regarding scams and deceptive goods and practices. We've also updated our Privacy Policy to clarify how data collected through our service may be used to improve and personalize your experience on Pinterest and the ads you may see off the platform. We've also updated the Advertising Services Agreement to incorporate our Offsite Ad Terms by reference. We've also updated the Ad Data Terms incorporated therein to be more clear and to reflect changes to our advertising products, including the ability to buy ads on connected TV and extend your Pinterest campaigns across other publishers' sites and apps. By continuing to use Pinterest and its other services after the effective date, you confirm that you have agreed to our updated Terms of Service and reviewed our Privacy Policy.
